The Head of Chambers is EBENEZER A. KWAITOO, a Notary Public of Ghana and a lawyer of 17 years standing. He graduated from the University of Ghana in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Law and Political Science and obtained the Barrister-at-Law professional certification from the Ghana School of Law in Accra, Ghana in 1993 when he was enrolled by the General Legal Council of Ghana as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
Mr. Kwaitoo has acquired relevant post-graduate management, leadership and consultancy skills and qualifications. He is currently in the process of acquiring a Certified Management Consultant (cmc) license from the Chartered Institute of Administration & Management Consultants of Ghana. He is also pursuing a diploma course in International Environmental Law at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) at Geneva, Switzerland.

He is the current President of the Ghana Bar Association (Western Region Branch) and a member of the National Council of the Ghana Bar Association.
Mr. E. A. Kwaitoo doubles up as the City Solicitor for the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Authority in the oil city of Ghana since 1999 where he has garnered unparalleled experience in environmental law, local government and urban planning
Vanboven Swanzy-Essien, Esq. is an able partner in the Firm and has been at post since 2005 when he graduated from the Ghana School of Law in Accra, Ghana as the Overall Best Student in the Barrister-at-Law professional law course.
He graduated from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana in 1999 with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Arts (Secretaryship).
Mr. Vanboven Swanzy-Essien is also a Senior Lecturer at the Takoradi Poytechnic where he lectures in Business and Commercial law.
